“Fashion found its conscience at this year's New York Fashion Week, where designers donated time, clothes and runway time for such causes as women's heart health, kid's art programs and African business.” This years NY Fashion week seemed to be dedicated to charities. More power to them. Money always needs to be raised for health benefits and research and who better to do it then rich designers and actresses. This year we found stars like Sheryl Crow, Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas and our finally back too normal but still a skank Lohan. They took the runway all in red. Terry Long, a spokeswoman for the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute said this was "to give women a red alert about the need to take care of their heart." All envy aside, it is nice to see that some stars do pitch in and help even though their help hardly seems like work. Why cant my helping hand be me walking down the runway in a beautiful dress. WHY OH WHY????????????? Damn this cubicle!
